Circle of Love Foundation is a charity you can trust. Because we are an all-volunteer organization, we are able to minimize our administrative costs. Our administrative costs are covered by donations from our board members so that 100% of publicly raised funds go to our programs. Donations are fully tax-deductible under IRS rules. Your donation will be directed to the areas of greatest need.
