Circle of Love Foundation is a charity your can trust. Because we are an all volunteer organization, we are able to minimize our overhead to less than 6% in 2012. Our administrative expenses are covered by donations from our board members so that 100% of public raised funds go to our programs. Donations are tax-deductible under IRS rules. Your donation will be directed to the areas of greatest need.
